Specifically: I measure your energetic vibration directly. Every leader has what I call an Energetic Signature — a specific pattern of how their energy moves, where it gets stuck, what it amplifies, what it drains.
Most leaders have never had this named for them. They've worked with it their entire careers without language for it.
This isn't a personality test. It isn't a Myers-Briggs assessment. It isn't a behavioral framework.
It's a direct read of how your energy is actually moving — which means there's nowhere for a story to hide. And that's why the work goes fast.
When I read your signature, I can tell you in the first ten minutes:
- What you're naturally built to do as a leader
- The specific pattern currently draining you (most leaders have one dominant leak)
- Why certain decisions feel heavy, why certain people exhaust you, why some opportunities click and others don't

Before we begin anything serious, you write the guarantee.

In your own words. On your own terms. Specifically: what does success actually look like for you? If we worked together for six months and it worked, what would be different in your life, your business, your leadership, your decisions?
You write it. I read it. And then I tell you, honestly, whether it's something I can deliver.
If it is, I put it in writing. That becomes your written guarantee for the program. If you complete the work and don't get what you wrote, you get a full refund — every dollar.
If your guarantee isn't realistic, or isn't within what coaching can deliver, or isn't something I can confidently produce — I tell you that too. And I decline the work.

The Energetic Signature Diagnostic
The Diagnostic is a 45-minute live 1:1 session with me. There is no charge — but you cannot book one without an approved application.
In the session, we do three things:
Diagnosis (25m)
I identify your dominant Energetic Signature and name the specific pattern currently draining you as a leader. You'll have language for something you've felt your whole career but never articulated.
Guarantee Writing (10m)
You write what success looks like for you, in your own words. I refine it with you and tell you honestly whether it's achievable through my work. If it is, that becomes your written guarantee.
Direction (10m)
I give you one immediate shift to make in the next seven days. If the work resonates and your guarantee is one I can accept, you're invited to apply for the cohort.
